IT Support Analyst vacancy

Salary£25k - £30K depending on experience

A small, friendly well established software development firm in Oxford have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join our team. The Support Analyst will be working on the HelpDesk, setting up new clients and making our products even more amazing by giving feedback from customer comments and adding their own creativity and ideas.

There is scope to support other areas of the business which interest them to help them progress their career as support does not generally take up all of their time. This can be anything the business carries out such as software development, UX, project management, marketing or design and can be discussed at the interview.

You will be: A happy and enthusiastic member of the team with a can do attitude and a sense of humour.

You will have demonstrated your ability to be a self starter, to learn and achieve without being pushed. You will be curious, probably like fixing things or at least know how they work. You’ll have probably travelled or at least done something outside the norm which you are proud of.

You can be the life and soul of the party but you certainly don’t need to be but you will have something to say and lots of things you care about.

You’re a great communicator, both verbally and written. This means spelling and grammar are good and you’re able to write in a friendly and relaxed style throwing in some personal touches here and there.

You can spot elements that look wrong on a web page at 100 metres.

If I need to say you are comfortable online and on a pc then stop reading ??
